SWARTHMORE, Pa. – The Swarthmore women’s soccer team (7-7-2, 5-4 CC) played gutsy soccer from start to finish but a first half goal by the Haverford Fords (11-5, 6-3 CC) would be enough to edge the Garnet in the heated rivalry game Tuesday night on Clothier Field.

The Swarthmore women’s soccer team takes on Centennial Conference rival Haverford. Kickoff is at 7:00 PM.

SWARTHMORE, Pa. – With over 800 fans, students and alumni packed in the Clothier Field Stadium bleachers for Garnet Homecoming Weekend, the No. 1 Swarthmore College men’s soccer team put on a show that no one in attendance is likely to forget.

Senior Morgan Langley scored two first-half highlight-reel goals and added an assist to his NCAA-leading total, while junior Fabian Castro scored a goal and added two assists as the Garnet (12-1-2, 5-0-2) overwhelmed McDaniel with a combination of speed and skill, defeating the Green Terror 4-0 on Saturday evening.

SWARTHMORE, Pa. – The Swarthmore College women’s soccer team (7-6-2, 5-3) rallied from two-goals down with under 25 minutes to play in the second half, but could not push the game-winner across in two overtime periods as it fell, 3-2, to the Gettysburg Bullets (11-5, 6-2) on Saturday evening at Clothier Field in front of a huge crowd in attendance for Swarthmore’s Garnet Homecoming and Senior Day.

SWARTHMORE, Pa. – Despite a tenacious attack and gritty goalkeeping from senior Katie Ashmore, the Swarthmore College field hockey team’s playoff hopes took hit on Saturday afternoon, as it was defeated by Gettysburg 2-1 from Clothier Field Stadium on Saturday afternoon in front of a huge crowd on hand for Garnet Homecoming Weekend and Senior Day.

SWARTHMORE, Pa. – The Swarthmore volleyball team (17-8, 7-1 CC) celebrated senior day in style with the a playoff clinching victory in straight sets over the Gettysburg Bullets (14-13, 5-3 CC) on Saturday afternoon before arecord-setting crowd in Tarble Pavilion.

The 3-0 (25-21, 25-23, 25-16) victory marks Swat’s first over the Bullets in program history.
