GARNET SPORTS NETWORK – This week on the Garnet Sports Update senior captain Sarah Lambert of the Swarthmore volleyball team joins Victor on the show. Sarah teaches Victor some volleyball team cheers as well as how to make diving saves in the game. Enjoy!
SWARTHMORE, Pa. – The Swarthmore College Department of Athletics and the Garnet Sports Network has released the live video and audio schedule for the 2010 spring sports season. The network will provide free live video from Clothier Field and free audio from the Clothier baseball and softball fields, totalingover 40 Swarthmore athletic events during the spring season.
During the 2009 fall and winter sports seasons, the Garnet Sports Network attracted over 8,500 viewers from all 50 states and 16 countries around the globe.
LAMB-MILLER FIELD HOUSE – Join Victor Brady on this week’s episode of the Garnet Sport Update featuring guest Kenyetta Givans of the Swarthmore College Track and Field team. Kenyetta gives us insight on hurdling techniques as well as this weekend’s Centennial Conference Championships. Also, Victor will attempt to make it over a few high hurdles; can he make it? SWARTHMORE COLLEGE – On this week’s rendition of the Garnet Sports Update, Victor welcomes All-American Anne Miller of the Swarthmore College women’s swim team. Anne shows us what an All-American looks like as she sports her swimming attire. Later in the show Victor flaunts some less-than flattering attire while Taylor Rhodes and Kathryn Riley get him ready for Friday’s pep rally, and the sports information director makes the most obvious cameo in history.
TARBLE PAVILION – This week on the Garnet Sports Update, men’s basketball captain Matt Allen visits the show to tell us a little bit about his basketball career at Swarthmore. Victor hits the court again this week as Allen tries to teach him how to take a charge. Tune in next week for senior swimmer Anne Miller.
