SAN ANTONIO, Texas — The Drew Rangers got to an early jump in the first half en route to a 19-10 women’s lacrosse victory over Swarthmore early Tuesday morning. The Garnet evened out their record at 1-1, while the Rangers kept their winning streak alive at 4-0.
