Swarthmore Wins ECAC Southern Region Championship

SWARTHMORE, Pa. — Swarthmore won its first-ever ECAC Division III Southern Region Men’s soccer Championship in a 3-2 thrilling overtime game against Frostburg State (13-8-1) on Sunday afternoon at Clothier Field.

CENTERVILLE, Mass. — The Swarthmore men’s and women’s soccer teams will cap their successful 2007 seasons by participating in the 2007 Eastern Conference Athletics Conference (ECAC) Southern Region Soccer Championships. The Garnet soccer squads will host a first-round ECAC doubleheader this Wednesday, Nov. 7 beginning at 5:30 p.m.
