Garnet Men Maintain No. 2 National Ranking
Kansas City, Kan. - Fresh off a 3-0 victory over Ursinus, the Swarthmore men's soccer team maintained its No. 2 national ranking in the D3Soccer.com and NSCAA/HendricksCars.com polls, the organizations announced on Tuesday afternoon.
The Garnet (10-0-1) is ranked No. 2 for the second consecutive week, trailing Christopher Newport (12-0) for the top spot in both polls. Swarthmore did pick up one additional first-place vote in the D3Soccer.com national poll.
Swarthmore remains the No. 1 team in Mid-Atlantic region for the fourth consecutive week.
The Garnet returns to action tonight against Moravian. Action is slated to begin at 7:00 p.m.
