MullarKEYS to Success
LEWISBURG, Pa. -- On Friday evening Swarthmore senior Cait Mullarkey broke her previous school record in the women's 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Bison Outdoor Classic Track Meet on the campus of Bucknell University.
Mullarkey (Wilmington, Del. / Ursuline Academy) took advantage of the perfect running weather to place fifth overall with a time of 10:47.00 in the steeple shaving just about 15 seconds off her previous school record set last spring.
Also marking personal records were junior Nyika Corbett (Myrtle Point, Ore. / Myrtle Point) and senior Bess Ritter (Quaker Hill, Conn. / Waterford) in the women’s 10,000-meter run with times of 38:06.7 and 38:20.3 respectively.
