Bryn Mawr Birdies a Win
BRYN MAWR, Pa. -- The Garnet women's badminton team fell to local rival Bryn Mawr 6-3 on Nov. 29.
Kimberly Kramer ’10 (Bethesda, Md. / Winston Churchill) and Maithili Parikh ‘11 (Mumnai, India / Dhirubhai Ambani International School) were the sole doubles team to win a match against the Owls (1-0). The two won 21-10 and 21-14 against Ashley Himelfarb and Belinda Leung.
During the singles matches, both Kramer (21-8, 21-9) and Parikh (21-5, 21-13) picked up two more wins for the Garnet.
