Costello hit for her second career double-double, topping her previous high of 16 points vs. St. Joseph's (Ct.). The freshman forward shot 8 of 14 from the field and 3 of 6 from three-point land while grabbing 11 rebounds in 38 minutes.
Swarthmore ran out to a 7-1 lead to start the game, getting a triple from senior Jess Fuhr and lay-ups from sophomore Melissa Grigsby and Berk at 18:11. The Fords pulled ahead 10-9 with a Natalie Richman bucket at 13:27 and ran out to its largest lead, 18-11, after a jumper from Sara Cram at 8:53.

Berk scored the first four points of the second half to put Swarthmore up 37-34 with 19:21 on the clock and the two teams stayed within four points over the next 12 minutes. The Fords put the game away with a 16-7 run over a span of six minutes, capped by a lay-up from senior Abby Scattergood at 4:43.
Costello and junior Laura Popovics nailed a couple of late threes to make it a seven-point affair, but the Fords efficient free throw shooting kept the Garnet at bay.

Berk finishes the season with 443 points (12th all-time in a single season) and 299 rebounds (fourth highest single-season total). Her 44 blocks on the season are a new school record; the old mark was 43 set by Sarah Tufano '03 in 2000-01.
Fords' forward Brittany Lattisaw picked up her sixth double-double of the year with 11 points and 16 rebounds.
The Garnet concluded 2006-07 with a record of 4-20 overall and 1-17 in the Centennial.
