COMPLETE RESULTS

COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. - The Garnet (11-2, 7-0 CC) swept past the Ursinus Bears on Wednesday afternoon, winning 9-0 to remain atop the Centennial Conference.

Swarthmore dropped only three games in doubles' action: Erica Lukoski '08 and Jennie Park rolled 8-2 to defeat Courtney Root and Jill Alsphach at No. 1s; seniors Emily Townsend and Jenna Adelberg won at No. 2s, 8-0 over Emily Malinowski and Laura Ng; Waverly Lutz '07 and Jamie Midyette '08 cruised past Molly McGlinchey and Pam Odorizzi 8-1 at No. 3 doubles.

Park, Townsend, Lukoski, Lutz, Adelberg, and Midyette failed to drop a set as the Garnet swept through the singles' competition.

The Garnet have won 26 straight Centennial matches and look to clinch home court advantage in the Centennial playoffs with a pair of wins vs. Dickinson and at Johns Hopkins this weekend.
