Backlog Forces Cancellations
Mother nature works on her own schedule during the spring-time months and the rest of us just live in it. Frequent rain again this spring forced a pair of Swarthmore's early season non-conferece games to be postponed. Two Garnet opponents, DeSales University and Immaculata College, have opted to cancel previously postponed double headers (April 17th and April 20th), in order to complete their respective conference schedules on time.
In the meantime, Swarthmore will continue with their own Conference schedule today at 3:00 p.m. The Garnet square off against Muhlenberg (8-11, 2-2 CC), a perennial Centennial playoff participant a pair of games at sunny Clothier Fields.
