Mullarkey Second in New Jersey
EDISON, N.J. -- Sophomore Cait Mullarkey ran second in the 800-meter event, just missing a national qualiftying time, at the Lions' Last Chance Qualifier Thursday afternoon at the College of New Jersey.
Mullarkey circled the track twice in a time of 2:15.73 to finish between a pair of TCNJ runners. It is the second-fastest time for Mullarkey this season, just shy of the Division III provisional time of 2:14.70.
The Lions' Last Chance Qualifier concludes the 2006-07 season for the Garnet track & field team.
