Swarthmore just licensed BioRender for use by faculty and students. Visit the BioRender page on our KnowledgeBase help site for instructions on how to obtain access.

BioRender has more than 40,000 scientifically accurate icons and thousands of templates that are designed to work well together to create high quality figures. Research groups can collaborate and comment on figures in real time eliminating the need to email files back and forth.

The service also has a Poster Builder with built-in templates and themes.

We have unlimited student use.  The number of faculty licenses is limited to a set amount per year.

We’d love to see some of the figures and posters you create with BioRender. If you have one that you are proud of, consider sharing it with aruethe2@swarthmore.edu!
