ITS is happy to announce Barbara McKinnon has joined the Client Servcices Team.

Barbara comes to us from the University of Pennsylvania, School of Nursing and has recently completed her Microsoft Certification as a Desktop Support Technician and Microsoft Certified Professional. Barbara recently served as the Vice President of Programs for the Delaware Valley Chapter of the Help desk Institute. Barbara has over 10 years of IT experience including support of; desktops, laptops, mobile devices, classrooms and computer labs.
