Are you struggling with managing Departmental course evaluations every semester? EvaluationKit may be the perfect solution for you! This software is designed to create, manage, and distribute your evaluations using enrollment information from Moodle. Students are given access to their evaluations via email or a link in Moodle and can be sent reminders on a schedule that you set. The evaluations can be completed on computer or mobile device and instructors will have access to a dashboard with current and past evaluations that are broken into automatically generated reports. Departmental Chairs can be given access to parts or none of the evaluation, and whoever is administering the evaluations can check response rates at a glance. Results are archived on the site, but can be quickly exported to PDF as well.
EvaluationKit takes a while to set up the first time, but once it is done, you can duplicate the evaluations from semester to semester with relative ease. Several departments have found that EvaluationKit has drastically simplified the work involved in this task.
