After the vote was passed that changed the College’s grading policy to CR (credit), NC (no credit) for this semester, you may be interested in either showing or hiding your Moodle gradebook to your students depending on what you and your department decide.
By default, Moodle course pages are set up so that students cannot see the gradebook. Often times people change this default somewhere throughout the semester. This may be a good time to make sure your settings for this feature are currently to your liking.
Whether you want to show or hide the Moodle gradebook from your students, you can make these changes under your course settings menu. Follow the steps below to make changes.
- Go to the Gear Icon at the top right of the page
- Select Edit Settings
- Scroll down to the “Appearance” section
- Right next to “Show grade book to students” select Yes or No
- After making changes be sure to select “Save and Display” at the bottom of the page
