ITS will be applying a minor upgrade to the Voice Mail system this Friday, 8/19, between 5 and 6 PM. During this time, callers will continue to be able to leave new voice mail messages but these new messages will not be available to recipients until the upgrade is complete. Previously recorded messages will continue to be available during the maintenance window.
