As Thunderbird is being introduced to the community, ITS would like to point out some features available in the program. Thunderbird is capable of the following:

• Creating and using mailing lists
• Applying filters and rules for message handling
• Tagging, color coding messages
• Dragging/dropping messages to/from folders
• Creating subfolders
• Customizing the interface (move fields)
• Sorting by fields
• Creating and using signatures
