Lynda.com, in 3D

We recently heard from one of the nearly 700 of you who are already using lynda.swarthmore.edu to help you learn on your own schedule.  Brady White ’15 has been using Lynda.com videos to help learn how to use SolidWorks 2014, a program that allows you to design objects to be printed on a 3D printer.

Brady reports that the selectable table of contents, the 10-second-rewind button, and the ease of following along with the video are his favorite parts of using the software.

Lynda.com is a great resource for doing your work better and also for learning things outside of work.  We’ve heard of other folks brushing up on their typography knowledge, learning photography, composing mashups in DJ software, and building Android apps.

So what are you waiting for?  It’s easy to use on any computer, and you can take it with you on iOS and Android apps, available here.

How will you Lynda?  Share your story!
