Mullarkey Headed To Nationals
SWARTHMORE, Pa. -- Swarthmore senior Cait Mullarkey has earned a spot in the 2009 NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field Championships. The meet will take place on March 13-14 at the Rose-Hulman Sports and Recreation Center in Terre Haute, Indiana.
Mullarkey (Wilmington, Del. / Ursuline Academy) qualified for the women’s mile after placing first at the 2009 ECAC Division III Indoor Championship last weekend. She topped 12 runners with her school record time of 4:59.59; this was her third time this season that she shaved time off her record time.
