We’re thrilled to announce the launch of Swarthmore’s brand-new Online Directory — a modern, intuitive platform designed to help you find and connect with fellow members of our community more easily than ever before.
The directory includes contact information for students, faculty, and staff in one centralized location. More information — such as photos and pronouns — is available if you are logged onto the College network (pronouns are also visible on faculty and staff website profiles). You also have the ability to add a recording of the correct pronunciation of your name to your individual listing.
Keeping Your Information Up to Date
Maintaining accurate information is a shared effort. Please log into mySwarthmore → Directory Information to ensure your self-reported data is accurate. To update information that is pulled directly from the College or to request corrections:
- Faculty should contact the Provost
- Students should reach out to the Registrar
- Staff should contact Human Resources
Each of these offices is committed to ensuring the accuracy and integrity of directory information.
This new directory is the result of years of collaboration and dedication from a working group of the College’s Data Governance Committee, with members from offices across campus. I extend my deepest gratitude to my fellow working group members for their thoughtful planning, problem-solving, and commitment to improving how we connect as a community.
