And Twenty Other Myths about Immigration<\/em>. She has been active in Latin America solidarity and immigrants\u2019 rights movements for several decades.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-thumbnail wp-image-5717 alignleft\" style=\"margin: 5px;\" alt=\"Prof. Noam Chomsky\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.swarthmore.edu\/academics\/pcs\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2013\/09\/noam_chomsky-150x150.jpg\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Noam Chomsky<\/strong> joined the faculty of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1955, where he is institute professor and professor of linguistics emeritus. Chomsky has written and lectured widely on\u00a0linguistics, philosophy, intellectual history, contemporary issues, international affairs, and United States foreign policy.
