Thursday, January 19th, 2006An example of what commentary can do. I worked from an outline and practiced once before recording. Playing it back, I realize my commentary is pretty somber, but I guess that matches the tragic mood of Bellow’s story at the end. All your commentaries on other authors don’t have to be so somber! I discovered all kinds of new thoughts about the power of Bellow’s ending by doing this project–I hope this will be true for yours as well.
