SWARTHMORE, Pa. — Swarthmore badminton players Kim Kramer ‘10 and Maithili Parikh ‘11 reached the women’s doubles final at the 2008 USA Badminton National Collegiate Championships this past weekend in Tarble Pavilion.
SWARTHMORE, Pa. — Over 15 schools from across the country descended upon Delaware (PA) County just outside Philadelphia for the 2008 National Collegiate Badminton Championships. The hometown Garnet saw two of their own advance into Sunday’s semi-final and final action.
Swarthmore College and the Department of Athletics will host the 2008 National Collegiate Badminton Championships, sponsored by USA Badminton, over Easter Weekend. The three-day festival comes to Swarthmore for the second time (1993), home to the three-time defending Pennsylvania State Champion Garnet women’s badminton squad.
